The Restaurant renders the boarding services with the wide offer of the meals and drinks. The centre consists of two operational offices, which dissolve and reciprocally complete. The restaurant is open daily from 10am to 10pm and offers lunches and dinners for the accommodated guests but also for the public. The guests choice of the rich bill of fares and drinks.

The moment capacity of the restaurant is 80 places, which are spread at ( double-, four-, six-, eight- and twelve place ) tables. The tables in restaurant can be allocated according to wishes of the customers.

The bill of fares of the restaurant of Hotel Metropol is composed according to gastronomic rules and rules of the nutritious aliment. There are warm and cold starters, soups, meatless, meat, fish and poultry meals sweet dishes and fancy cakes in an offer.There are also alcoholic and soft drinks.
Hotel Metropol offers in premises of the restaurant also catering industry, but only in very insufficient range.
In restaurant are held balls, weddings, banquets, school-leaving parties and other social events.
Advantage of the centre is direct connection with the main kitchen, what enables quick feeding of the fares and partition of premises of the centre and reception room.

Café and Aperitif bar renders wide assortment of hot, cold and mixed drinks and products and products of the cold cuisine. Centres serve for the hotel guests, public, participants of the events in the congress hall and simultaneously execute a function, social premises in the hotel hall.
The breakfast are offered from 6:30 til 10:00am. For more than 10 guests accommodated at the hotel,breakfast are held in the form of swedish tables, when the number of accomodated guests is smaller, they can choose from the breakfastlist menu.

Winter garden randers services of social - funny character with boarding services and snack. This centre is relatively independent and is placed on the first floor.
Advantage is an extra attraction of the centre, partition from the hotel hall and direct connection with the satellite kitchen.

The Lounge is placed on the first floor of the hotel and grants pleasant surroundings for smaller negotiations. It´s cappacity is 20places. Louge is the place of the meetings of Rotary club. The Winter garden and Lounge are in attendance on brooking. Many different negotiations, seminars, business meetings, presentation actions, wedding banquets, family celebrations, graduations are held here.

The Patio offers the same assortment of services as an Aperitiv bar. An Entering into the Patio is possible directly from the Restaurant. The Patio is open in the summer season ( May - Septemer ) in case of the weather from 10:00 am till 10:00 pm.

The hotel prepares an individual menu for the different events ( weddings, family celebrations, school - leaving parties, etc... ). Also creates special offer - lists for the turist groups.

Every centre has its own special menu ( fixed bill of fares and drinks, breakfast list, minibar and room service menu ).

The congress hall is the centre which is used mainly for meetings, talks, educations, seminars and contract - selling actions.
Congress hall has its own loudspeaker system, audiovisual machinery (diapositive, slide projector, screen, video and television ) and interpreting device. The moment capacity of the congress hall of the hotel Metropol is 120 places.
An advantage of the centre is the connection with the restaurant of the hotel by the connecting lobby, which makes possible quickly to remove the guests into the restaurant premises of the hotel.

The town Spišská Nová Ves with it´s surroundings forms beautiful area of the midle Spiš, Which spellbind every visitor with amount and variety of the natural beauties and with wealth of the culture - historical monuments. In the centre of this region the National park Slovak paradise is placed, which is known for it´s canyon, gulfs, watterfalls and unique fauna and flora, but also well known Kláštorisko, the place of former monastery of Kartuziáni.
Natural beauties properly integrate the culture-historical monuments between which dominate national monuments: Spiš castle, Church of the st. Jacob in Levoča from Majster Pavol, earlyGothic church in Žehra and urban monumental reserve Spišská kapitula with Romanic - Gothic cathedrall and chapel of the family Zápoľskí. Significan project, which part is also the hotel Metropol, is project "Gothic yourney". This project was created together with german partner Dr Gotz and Partner GmbH, Baden-Baden.
"Gothic yourney" complexly maps or presents culture - historical monuments from the Gothic times on the territory of Spiš and Gemer.

For the pleasant sitting and repose serves an Aperitif bar and restaurant with good cooking. The hotel has the appropriate premises for holding the congresses, for the organization of the seminars and family celebrations in the congress hall ( 120 places ), winter garden and lounge. For the relaxation serves a fitness centre, hairdresser's and beauty parlour.

At the reception, there's an exchange, deposit of valuables, managerial centre - telephone, fax, copying, on hand for the guests. There's possibility of payment by the CREDIT cards.
