Our apartments offer privacy and comfort while each of them is equipped by kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, small cooker, and new kitchenware), colored TV with cable, CD player, high speed radio internet WIFI, bathroom and toilets. For relax and wellness there is a salt lamp in each one. We can also lend you a solar lamp, video and DVD player.

Our guesthouse is as well equipped by cosy and stylish room with minibar. Home made half board (breakfast and dinner) is served here too. Its capacity is 20 places for sitting. This room is directly connected with covered outdoor terrace with fire place, billiard, table football and professional darts.

Another room at your service is situated in the suteren. This room serves as a space for laying aside your ski equipment. This space is also furnished by ski shoe heater – this apparatus heats each ski shoe separately what keeps your feet in warm also in the freeze winter dayas.

Family guesthouse is situated in the quiet surroundings with beautiful garden, which offers you a perfect relax and privacy. For grilling you can use our covered terrace with fireplace and sitting places. For fun and sport is prepared billiard , table football and professional darts.

As for the rest of the garden, there is a garden table with chairs, garden see-saw, sunshades, sun beds and natural swimming pool (diameter of 10 m).
There is also a parking place for 8 cars.

In the summer resort SUN PARADISE there is a lot of adrenalin attractions for example: bobsleigh track ( the third longest in the central Europe), trampolines, rope park, monkey way, for wheelers, summer snowboard, three wheelers, downhill biking

Mountains in the neighbourhood represent perfect terrains for hiking, cycling and for cross country skiing as well. You can also find a lot of wood fruits there such as blackberries, bilberries, raspberries and of course a lot of mushrooms. When wandering in this beautiful nature you can meet various wild animals, listen to the bird singing and admire tiny meadows full of herbs and flowers.

Ski – repository

In the winter season offers a warm space for reposition of your ski and ski- shoes. It is situated in the basement of the guesthouse.
Room serves also for reposition of your shoes because of the fact that there is need to wear supplementary shoes in the guesthouse.

New - there is a special ski- shoe drier in the ski - repository, each ski-shoe has its own heating.

Oscadnica is a village situated in the protected landscape area called Kysuce. It represents an entering gate to the one of the most popular ski centers in Slovakia called Snow Paradise Velká Rača. This ski resort belongs to those with the best quality and it has a character of an alpine styled resort. In 2005 Snow Paradise obtained a prestigious price – Slovak TOP CENTER and in the year 2006 belonged to the 5 best ski centers in Slovakia called SLOVAKIA SKI REGION. All the trails are equipped by technical snowing.

Attractive is also bobsleigh trail that is in the service also in the winter.
