Kedze nie ja, ale zahranicni hostia nasej univerzity boli ubytovani v hoteli, odovzdavam len informacie, ktore mam od nich. S kvalitou ubytovania boli velmi spokojni, hotel sa im velmi pacil. Je vsak nepochopitelne ako moze mat hotel tejto kategorie na recepcii ludi, ktori v dnesnej dobe nehovoria anglicky, alebo aspon nemecky (tyka sa to ich prijazdu a ubytovavania 24.10. v neskorych nocnych hodinach). Tiez mi je nepochopitelne, ze hotel nema pocitacovy system registrujuci obsadenost izieb a pocitacove vydavanie fakturacii za izby, ale vsetko vypisuje pracovnicka recepcie rucne. Hostia to hodnotili s pocudovanim.

Ke stravování se nemohu vyjárřit - nevyužil jsem jej. Přivítal bych, vzhledem k tomu že jsem se ubytovával poprvé, lepší orientační a naváděcí systém.

Better breakfast and take care of the noise in the morning because some guest sleeps until 10 or 11 and cleaning people make quite a lot of noise. The rest very good. Congratulations.
