Hotel Heluan offers accommodation in 3 categories of room:
• Room category lux (2 rooms in total) – spacious rooms (over 30sq.m) with view of the colonnade
• Room category standart (9 rooms in total) – double room standart is comfortable accommodation with view of the colonnade or with view of the woods (over 20sq.m)
• Room category garret (4 rooms in total) – garret rooms have a view of the colonnade or view of the woods (over 20sq.m)

Rooms are equipped with:

• bath coats are available for all our clients

Meals are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel. We serve for our clients a hearty buffet style breakfast (from 8 am to 10 am) which is included in the hotel's accommodation price. Lunch and dinner we are handling in near by restaurant Zamecky Vrch (Mansion Hill).

HOW TO FIND US:
Travelling by car - Our clients can enter the spa zone to check in. Please take no notice of the "no driving" traffic signs situated at the beginning of the spa zone which you, as our clients, need not respect on the arrival day.
1. Find the Grandhotel PUPP, then take the streets Slovenská, Mariánskolázeňská, Nová louka and Divadelní náměstí (square). After Divadelní náměstí turn left, cross the river and you are in front of Tržiště street. Our hotel is in the middle of this street (you must go up).
2. Find the THERMAL spa hotel (or the main Post Office), return to the roundabout and go in the direction of Plzeň (Cheb, Sokolov), go straight to the traffic lights (about 300 metres), on the left hand side you can see the Becherovka factory and on the right hand side, the bridge over the river. Go straight and take the left traffic lane (street Západní), turn left on the street Dr. Janatky. At the end of the street at the T-crossroad turn left again (street Moskevská), then take the streets Krále Jiřího, Petra Velikého, Zámecký vrch and Tržiště - our hotel is located on your right hand side.

Travelling by bus
1. Get off at the bus stop "Tržnice". It is the central bus station for all local buses. Then take bus No. 2 (Direction: Divadelní náměstí). "Divadelní náměstí" is the stop where you get off and it is the final stop of bus line No. 2. Cross the river and you are in front of Tržiště street. Our hotel is in the middle of this street (you must go up).
2. If you come to the final bus stop "Dolní nádraží" or "Terminál" you can walk to the bus station "Tržnice" (Use the subway located under the traffic lights - about 100 metres from your final bus stop) and go straight. After a four-minute walk you will reach the central bus station, "Tržnice". Afterwards, continue as mentioned above in Point 2a.

Travelling by train
1. If you arrive at the train station "Karlovy Vary - Horní nádraží" we recommend that you take a taxi. However, if you prefer to take a bus, go downstairs (staircase leading from the train station) and cross the road to reach the bus stop. Each bus can take you to the central bus station "TRŽNICE". Continue as mentioned above in Point 2a.
2. If you come to the train station "Karlovy Vary - Terminál" or "Karlovy Vary - Dolní nádraží" see Point 2b.

• Diana the observation tower - one of the biggest attractions is without doubt a visit to the Diana observation tower. To reach the observation tower you can take a funiculair, which is situated directly on the colonnade and is only 150 metres from our hotel. You can see the whole city of Karlovy Vary very well from the observation tower.
• Loket Castle (15 km from Karlovy Vary) - this beautiful castle, situated in the historical town of Loket offers visitors many attractions. For example: Museum of Weapons, demonstrations of medieval torture etc. You can visit it without a guide as well.
• Bečov Château (20 km from Karlovy Vary) - one of the most famous châteaux in Western Bohemia, which can offer visitors one extraordinary attraction: the St. Maur Reliquary.

Sport activities in the surroundings - the vicinity of Karlovy Vary offers many paths for hikers and cyclists. Although our hotel is situated directly in the centre of the spa zone, only few steps separate you from the beautiful spa forests that encircle Karlovy Vary. For your trip you can choose, for example Svatošské skály.
• Tennis (covered and open courts), two golf courts (Karlovy Vary Golf Club and Cihelny), you can visit covered and open swimming pools in the nearby spa hotels all year around.
• Skiing in winter: Only 20 km separate you from the famous ski resorts of Boží Dar and Klínovec. If you travel by car it takes you about 25 minutes to reach an attitude of 1,000 metres above sea level and a paradise of winter sport. For more information please see BoziDar.cz.
